The Imagine Durban project invites you to an Imagine Durban Open Forum on “Beyond the Eskom Crisis - rethinking the Energy Issue”. The Open Forum seminar will kick off with an overview from the eThekwini Electricity Department regarding approaches to Demand Side Management that will reduce our total need for Energy. This will be followed by an outline of the potential of various alternative energy solutions for Durban that will be presented by eThekwini’s Environmental Management Department. As always, the presentations will be followed by open discussion on the issues.
